Local extendability of Einstein vacuum manifolds
David Parlongue

TL;DR
This paper revisits and localizes a geometric breakdown criterion for Einstein vacuum spacetimes using a time-harmonic transversal gauge, enhancing understanding of spacetime extendability in general relativity.
Contribution
It provides a localized version of the breakdown criterion for Einstein vacuum manifolds, building on prior global results by Klainerman and Rodnianski.
Findings
Localized breakdown criterion established
Use of time-harmonic transversal gauge demonstrated
Enhanced understanding of spacetime extendability
Abstract
We revisit in this article results of Klainerman and Rodnianski on a geometric breakdown criterion for Einstein vacuum spacetimes. We take advantage of the use of a time-harmonic transversal gauge to give a localized version (in space and time) of this result.
