Dian-Yong Chen, Xiang Liu

TL;DR
This paper predicts two charged charmonium-like structures near certain thresholds in the decay processes of higher charmonia, proposing experimental searches at BESIII, Belle, and BaBar to observe these phenomena.
Contribution
It introduces a novel prediction of charged charmonium-like structures using the Initial Single Pion Emission mechanism in specific decay channels of higher charmonia.
Findings
Prediction of two charged structures near D*D and D*D* thresholds.
Suggestion for experimental searches in specific invariant mass spectra.
Application of the ISPE mechanism to higher charmonia decays.
Abstract
In this work, we predict two charged charmonium-like structures close to the and thresholds, where the Initial Single Pion Emission mechanism is introduced in the hidden-charm dipion decays of higher charmonia , , and charmonium-like state Y(4260). We suggest BESIII to search for these structures in the , and invariant mass spectra of the decays into , and . In addition, the experimental search for these structures in the , and invariant mass spectra of the hidden-charm dipion decays will be accessible at Belle and BaBar.
