Mikhail Gorchtein, Peng Guo, Adam P. Szczepaniak

TL;DR
This paper analyzes the asymptotic behavior of pion form factors, employing dispersion relations to describe both the hadronic and high-energy regions, and introduces a new Regge fermion exchange mechanism.
Contribution
It presents a novel approach using dispersion relations and proposes a new Regge fermion exchange mechanism for high-energy pion form factors.
Findings
Successful description of hadronic and asymptotic regions
Introduction of a new Regge fermion exchange mechanism
Enhanced understanding of pion form factor behavior
Abstract
We consider the electromagnetic and transition pion form factors. Using dispersion relations we simultaneously describe both the hadronic, time-like region and the asymptotic region of large energy-momentum transfer. For the latter we propose a novel mechanism of Regge fermion exchange.
