M. R. Pahlavani, J. Sadeghi, R. Morad

TL;DR
This paper explores a holographic model based on noncritical string theory to describe baryons, analyzing their thermodynamics, binding energy, and the effects of an intersecting brane configuration.
Contribution
It introduces a new holographic model from noncritical string theory with a $D4/D4/ar{D4}$ brane setup to study baryons and their properties.
Findings
Calculated the binding energy of baryons in the model
Analyzed thermodynamic functions in the confined phase
Provided insights into baryon behavior in noncritical holography
Abstract
We consider a holographic model constructed from an intersecting brane configuration in noncritical string theory. We study the baryon in the confined phase of this supergravity by considering the source term for the baryon. Also, the thermodynamics functions are studied. Moreover, we obtain the binding energy of the baryon in this holographic QCD-like model.
