E. B. Magnusson, I. G. Savenko, I. A. Shelykh

TL;DR
This paper explores bistability and domain wall propagation in one-dimensional polariton wires, focusing on how temperature and phonon interactions influence these nonlinear phenomena.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed analysis of temperature effects on polariton bistability and neuron switching in dissipative polaritonic systems.
Findings
Bistability behavior varies with temperature.
Domain wall propagation is affected by phonon interactions.
Polariton neuron switching can be controlled via temperature.
Abstract
We investigate the phenomena of bistability and domain wall propagation in polaritonic systems with dissipation provided by the interaction with incoherent phonon bath. The results on the temperature dependence of the polariton bistability behavior and polariton neuron switching are presented.
