Study of Tetraquarks with a simple model
Marco Cardoso, Pedro Bicudo, Nuno Cardoso

TL;DR
This paper investigates tetraquarks using a simplified model that reduces internal degrees of freedom, employing finite differences and scattering theory to identify bound states and resonances, and calculating their masses and widths.
Contribution
Introduces a simplified approximation method for studying tetraquarks, focusing on bound states and resonances, with calculations of their properties.
Findings
Existence of bound states and resonances in tetraquarks
Calculated masses and widths of resonances
Validated the simplified model's effectiveness
Abstract
Tetraquarks are studied with an approximation which reduces the in- ternal degrees of freedom of the system, using both finite differences and scattering theory. The existence of bound states and resonances is inspected and the masses and widths of the found resonances are calculated.
