From QCD color coherence to inclusive distributions and correlations in jets
Redamy Perez Ramos (IFIC)

TL;DR
This paper reviews how QCD color coherence influences inclusive energy-momentum distributions and correlations within jets, highlighting tests of the Local Parton Hadron Duality hypothesis through experimental observables.
Contribution
It provides a concise review of the impact of gluon coherence effects on intra-jet distributions and correlations in QCD, emphasizing their role in testing LPHD.
Findings
Gluon coherence significantly affects hadron spectra in jets.
Inclusive distributions and correlations serve as tests for LPHD.
The review underscores the importance of coherence effects in QCD phenomenology.
Abstract
In this paper we briefly review some examples of inclusive energy-momentum distributions and correlations in QCD intra-jet cascades. Emphasis is given to the role of gluon coherence effects in final states hadron spectra. These observables provide tests of the Local Parton Hadron Duality (LPHD) hypothesis.
