Chong-Xing Yue, Jue Wang, You Yu, Ting-Ting Zhang

TL;DR
This paper investigates how new physics models, specifically topcolor-assisted technicolor and the littlest Higgs with T-parity, can induce anomalous top couplings affecting $tW$ production and charge asymmetry at the LHC, with potential observable effects.
Contribution
It analyzes the impact of specific beyond Standard Model theories on top quark interactions and predicts measurable deviations in $tW$ production at the LHC.
Findings
Anomalous top couplings can produce sizable charge asymmetry.
LHT model significantly alters $tW$ production cross sections.
Potential for experimental detection of these effects at the LHC.
Abstract
Many new physics models beyond the standard model () can give rise to the large anomalous top couplings ( and ). We focus our attention on these couplings induced by the topcolor-assisted technicolor () model and the littlest Higgs model with -parity (called model), and consider their contributions to the production cross section and the charge asymmetry for production at the . We find that the anomalous top coupling induced by these two kinds of new physics models can indeed generate sizable charge asymmetry. The correction effects of the model on the production cross sections of the processes and are significant large, which might be detected at the .
