Sumit Kumar Upadhyay, Shiv Datt Kumar, Ramji Lal

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new public key protocol leveraging an amalgamated free product of braid and Thompson groups, aiming to enhance cryptographic security through complex algebraic structures.
Contribution
It presents a novel cryptographic protocol based on amalgamated free products of algebraic groups, expanding the algebraic foundations of public key cryptography.
Findings
Proposes a new algebraic structure for cryptography.
Defines a protocol inspired by Diffie-Hellman using amalgamated free products.
Lays groundwork for further security analysis of the protocol.
Abstract
In the spirit of Diffie Hellman the concept of a protocol algebra is introduced using certain amalgamated free product of Braid group B and Thompson group T together with a nilpotent subgroup H of index 2.
