Cong-Feng Qiao, Li-Ping Sun, Rui-Lin Zhu

TL;DR
This paper calculates the next-to-leading order QCD corrections to the decay of Z^0 bosons into B_c mesons, showing significant corrections and reduced theoretical uncertainties.
Contribution
It provides the first NLO QCD correction calculation for Z^0 to B_c meson decay, improving accuracy and reducing scale dependence.
Findings
NLO corrections are significant in Z^0 to B_c decay.
QCD scale dependence is notably decreased at NLO.
Uncertainties in leading order calculations are reduced.
Abstract
The decay width of to meson is evaluated at the next-to-leading order(NLO) accuracy in strong interaction. Numerical calculation shows that the NLO correction to this process is remarkable. The quantum chromodynamics(QCD)renormalization scale dependence of the results is obviously depressed, and hence the uncertainties lying in the leading order calculation are reduced.
