S. Abdel-Khalek, Sh. Barzanjeh, and H. Eleuch

TL;DR
This paper investigates the entanglement dynamics in semiconductor microcavities with quantum wells, revealing phenomena of sudden entanglement death and birth under specific conditions.
Contribution
It demonstrates the occurrence of entanglement sudden death and birth in semiconductor cavity QED systems, highlighting the influence of system parameters on entanglement behavior.
Findings
Entanglement exhibits sudden death and birth phenomena.
System parameters critically affect entanglement dynamics.
Results provide insights into quantum information processing in semiconductors.
Abstract
We explore the dynamics of the entanglement in a semiconductor cavity QED containing a quantum well. We show the presence of sudden birth and sudden death for some particular sets of the system parameters.
