Faouzi Haddouchi, Slimane Benaicha

TL;DR
This paper corrects and improves upon a previous mathematical result regarding the existence of positive solutions for nonlinear problems at resonance.
Contribution
It provides a corrected and enhanced proof of a key theorem about positive solutions in nonlinear resonance problems.
Findings
Corrected proof of Nieto's theorem
Improved conditions for positive solutions
Enhanced understanding of nonlinear resonance
Abstract
The proof of a result of J. J. Nieto [3] appeared in "Acta Math, Hung". (1992) concerning the positive solutions of nonlinear problems at resonance is corrected and improved.
