Phase-space analysis of fragments formed in heavy-ion collisions
Sakshi Gautam, Preeti Bansal

TL;DR
This paper investigates how momentum-dependent interactions and a broader Gaussian influence multifragmentation in heavy-ion collisions, revealing that nucleons in fragments occupy similar phase space regions.
Contribution
It introduces an analysis of the effects of momentum-dependent interactions and Gaussian width on fragment formation and structure in heavy-ion collisions.
Findings
Nucleons in fragments are from the same phase space region
Momentum-dependent interactions affect fragment structure
Broader Gaussian impacts multifragmentation patterns
Abstract
We study the effect of momentum-dependent interactions and a broader Gaussian on multifragmentation. We also look into the details of the fragment structure for a broader Gaussian and momentum-dependent interactions. We find that nucleons forming the fragments belong to same region of the phase space.
