Tau lepton physics at Belle
K.Hayasaka for Belle collaboration

TL;DR
This paper presents recent experimental results from the Belle detector on tau lepton decays, focusing on lepton-flavor violation and CP violation, with improved sensitivity over previous studies.
Contribution
It reports new measurements of tau decay modes related to lepton-flavor violation and CP violation using a large data sample, enhancing the sensitivity of previous searches.
Findings
Improved upper limits on lepton-flavor-violating tau decays.
First search for CP violation in tau to nu Ks pi.
Enhanced sensitivity compared to earlier experiments.
Abstract
We report the recent results of a search for lepton-flavor-violating tau decays and a search for CP violation in tau to nu Ks pi using a large data sample accumulated with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e^+e^- collider. The sensitivity to these modes is significantly improved compared to previous experiments.
