Gauge Mediation of Supersymmetry Breaking and the Froggatt-Nielsen Mechanism
Zhong-hua Zhang, Da-Xin Zhang

TL;DR
This paper explores how the Froggatt-Nielsen mechanism influences sparticle mass hierarchies within gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking models, resulting in spectra similar to effective supersymmetric models.
Contribution
It introduces a novel integration of the Froggatt-Nielsen mechanism into gauge mediation, revealing new mass hierarchy patterns for sparticles.
Findings
Sparticle spectra resemble those in effective supersymmetric models.
The Froggatt-Nielsen mechanism alters mass hierarchies in gauge mediation.
Results suggest potential phenomenological implications for supersymmetry searches.
Abstract
In the model of gauge mediation of SUSY breaking in the presence of tree-level mediation, the Froggatt-Nielsen mechanism provides a different hierarchy of sparticle masses. We study the spectra and show the results to be like those in an effective supersymmetric model.
