Chiu Man Ho, Pham Q. Hung, Thomas W. Kephart

TL;DR
This paper explores a model where a fourth generation of particles arises from a string-inspired framework, leading to a conformal fixed point that addresses the hierarchy problem and predicts new particles detectable at the LHC.
Contribution
It introduces a novel conformal completion of the Standard Model with a fourth generation based on orbifolded AdS/CFT, providing a dynamical mechanism for electroweak symmetry breaking.
Findings
Predicts new gauge bosons accessible at the LHC
Demonstrates a TeV-scale conformal fixed point
Addresses the gauge hierarchy problem
Abstract
We study dynamical electroweak symmetry breaking with a fourth generation within the orbifolded framework. A realistic example is discussed. The initial theory reduces dynamically, due to the induced condensates, to a four-family trinification near a TeV-scale conformal fixed point where the gauge hierarchy problem does not exist. We predict new gauge bosons and bifundamental fermions and scalars accessible by the LHC.
