Stefano I. Finazzo, Xiang Liu, Marina Nielsen

TL;DR
This paper uses QCD sum rules to investigate whether the Y(4274) structure can be described as a molecular charmonium state, providing mass estimates that support this interpretation within uncertainties.
Contribution
The study applies QCD sum rules with condensates up to dimension ten to analyze the Y(4274) as a molecular state, offering new mass predictions and supporting its molecular nature.
Findings
Mass of D_sD_{s0} molecule: 4.80 ± 0.55 GeV
Mass of D D_{0} molecule: 4.61 ± 0.71 GeV
Y(4274) can be described as a molecular charmonium state within uncertainties.
Abstract
Using the QCD sum rules we test if the charmonium-like structure Y(4274), observed in the invariant mass spectrum, can be described with a molecular current with . We consider the contributions of condensates up to dimension ten and we work at leading order in . We keep terms which are linear in the strange quark mass . The mass obtained for such state is GeV. We also consider a molecular current and we obtain GeV. Our study shows that the newly observed Y(4274) in the invariant mass spectra can be, considering the uncertainties, described using a molecular charmonium current.
