D. Bettinelli, J. J. van der Bij

TL;DR
This paper derives all-order corrections to the ho parameter considering heavy top quark effects within the complex mass scheme, establishing equivalence with the on-shell scheme and highlighting the inadequacy of fixed-width approximations.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive all-order analysis of top quark corrections in the complex mass scheme and clarifies the relation to the on-shell scheme.
Findings
Derived translation formulas between schemes
Showed equivalence of complex mass and on-shell schemes
Naive fixed-width approach is inadequate
Abstract
We present all order results for the heavy top corrections to the \rho parameter in the complex mass scheme. We derive translation formulas between the complex mass and the on-shell scheme and show that they are ultimately equivalent. We show that a naive treatment with a fixed width for the top quark cannot give even approximately correct results.
