Reply to Comment on `Formation of bound states of electrons in spherically symmetric oscillations of plasma'
Maxim Dvornikov (Universidad T\'ecnica Federico Santa Mar\'ia,, IZMIRAN)

TL;DR
This paper defends a classical physics explanation for how electrons form bound states in spherically symmetric plasma oscillations against criticism, reaffirming the validity of the original model.
Contribution
It provides a rebuttal to a critique, reinforcing the classical physics approach to electron bound states in plasma oscillations.
Findings
Criticism of classical physics explanation is invalid
Classical physics adequately describes electron bound states in plasma
Reaffirms the original theoretical model
Abstract
I reply here to the comment of Dr Shmatov on my recent work and demonstrate the invalidity of his criticism of the classical physics description of the formation of bound states of electrons participating in spherically symmetric oscillations of plasma.
