Hidden-sector correction to Coulomb potential through the photonic portal
Wojciech Krolikowski

TL;DR
This paper investigates how a hidden sector interacting via the photonic portal can induce a small correction to the Coulomb potential, potentially affecting experimental tests of the model.
Contribution
It introduces a novel hidden-sector correction to the Coulomb potential mediated through the photonic portal, highlighting its potential impact on model verification.
Findings
Hidden-sector interaction causes a tiny correction to Coulomb potential
The correction could be detectable or could invalidate the model
Implications for experimental tests of hidden sectors
Abstract
We show that in the model of hidden sector of the Universe, interacting with the Standard-Model sector through the photonic portal, the Standard-Model Coulomb potential gets a tiny hidden-sector additive correction that might turn out to be either exciting or fatal for the verification of this model.
