Angular distributions in $D_s^*$ decays
Jonathan L. Rosner

TL;DR
This paper discusses the angular distributions in $D_s^*$ decays from $e^+ e^-$ collisions, crucial for understanding $D_s^*$ properties, confirming its spin-parity, and aiding future decay measurements at CLEO-c and BES-III.
Contribution
It provides the necessary angular distribution expressions for $D_s^*$ decays, aiding in decay modeling and spin-parity confirmation.
Findings
Derived expressions for angular distributions in $D_s^*$ decays.
Confirmed the importance of these distributions for decay modeling.
Facilitated future measurements of rare decay processes.
Abstract
The reaction has been used with great success at the CLEO-c detector, and will be a source of valuable future data from the BES-III detector, to obtain information about the properties and decays of the and . The angular distributions of the and the final-state particles in are needed to model the decays properly, to confirm the spin-parity assignment , and to model the acceptance for the rare process . This note presents some of the necessary expressions.
