Takahisa Igata, Hideki Ishihara, and Yohsuke Takamori

TL;DR
This paper investigates the chaotic behavior of particles in bound orbits around a singly rotating black ring, revealing the presence of chaos through Poincare map analysis.
Contribution
It demonstrates the existence of chaos in geodesic motion around a black ring, a novel finding in black hole physics.
Findings
Chaotic particle orbits are present around a black ring.
Poincare map confirms the chaotic nature of the motion.
Abstract
We study bound orbits of a free particle around a singly rotating black ring. We find there exists chaotic motion of a particle which is gravitationally bound to the black ring by using the Poincare map.
