Correlation functions of magnon and spike
Chanyong Park, Bum-Hoon Lee

TL;DR
This paper calculates two- and three-point correlation functions of magnon and spike solitons in AdS/CFT, revealing a match with gauge theory predictions without explicit solutions.
Contribution
It introduces a semi-classical method to compute correlation functions of magnon and spike without explicit solutions, confirming gauge theory results.
Findings
Two-point functions computed in the semi-classical limit.
Three-point functions match gauge theory RG analysis.
Coupling constants are consistent with gauge theory predictions.
Abstract
After considering a solitonic string moving in the Poincare and two-dimensional sphere, we calculate the two-point correlation function of magnon and spike in the semi-classical limit without any explicit solution. We also calculate the three-point correlation functions between two heavy and one light operators. We find that the coupling between two heavy and one light operators in the string side is the exactly same as one obtained from the gauge theory by using the RG analysis.
