V. Cherepanov, S. Eidelman

TL;DR
This paper tests the conservation of vector current (CVC) hypothesis by comparing experimental data from electron-positron collisions and tau decays, and predicts branching fractions for specific tau decay modes.
Contribution
It provides a novel test of CVC using combined $e^+e^-$ and tau decay data and predicts branching fractions for $ au$ decays involving $ au^\prime$ mesons.
Findings
CVC hypothesis is consistent with experimental data
Predicted branching fractions align with observed data
Provides new predictions for $ au$ decay modes involving $ au^\prime$ mesons
Abstract
We use experimental data on and to test conservation of vector current (CVC) by comparing the predicted hadronic spectrum and branching fraction with the decay data. Based on the corresponding data and CVC, we also calculate the branching fraction of decay.
