Possibility of Antimagnetic Rotation in odd-A Cd isotopes
Santosh Roy, S. Chattopadhyay

TL;DR
This paper explores the potential for antimagnetic rotation in odd-A cadmium isotopes using a classical particle-rotor model, comparing theoretical predictions with experimental data on high spin states.
Contribution
It applies the classical particle-rotor model to predict antimagnetic rotation in $^{105,107,109}$Cd and compares results with experimental data.
Findings
The model predicts possible antimagnetic rotation in the isotopes.
Calculated I(ω) plots align with experimental high spin data.
B(E2) values support the presence of AMR features.
Abstract
The classical particle plus rotor model for antimagnetic rotation (AMR) has been used to investigate the possibility of observation of AMR in the high spin levels of Cd. The calculated I() plot and B(E2) values have been compared with the available experimental data.
