Light-meson properties from the Bethe-Salpeter equation
M. Blank, A. Krassnigg

TL;DR
This paper presents a method to extract meson observables directly from the inhomogeneous Bethe-Salpeter equation and applies it to predict decay widths and analyze decay constant contributions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to obtain meson properties from the inhomogeneous Bethe-Salpeter equation, bypassing the need for the homogeneous equation.
Findings
Predicted the $e^+e^-$ decay width of the $ ho(1450)$ meson.
Identified momentum ranges contributing to vector meson decay constants.
Demonstrated the feasibility of extracting observables without solving the homogeneous equation.
Abstract
We discuss how to extract observables from an inhomogeneous vertex Bethe-Salpeter equation without resorting to the corresponding homogeneous equation. As an example we present a prediction for the decay width of the or meson. We also attempt to identify the momentum range contributing to a vector meson's decay constant.
