Current moments of 1D ASEP by duality
Takashi Imamura, Tomohiro Sasamoto

TL;DR
This paper investigates the exponential moments of integrated currents in the 1D ASEP using duality, simplifying the problem to smaller particle systems for better analysis.
Contribution
It introduces a duality approach to analyze moments of the ASEP, reducing complex problems to simpler particle configurations.
Findings
Moment calculations are reduced to smaller particle systems.
Duality simplifies the analysis of current moments.
Applicable to ASEP on infinite lattice.
Abstract
We consider the exponential moments of integrated currents of 1D asymmetric simple exclusion process using the duality found by Sch\"utz. For the ASEP on the infinite lattice we show that the th moment is reduced to the problem of the ASEP with less than or equal to particles.
