TL;DR
This paper introduces an automated subtraction method for photon radiation within MadGraph, accommodating both massless and massive particles, and handling non-collinear-safe observables using the dipole formalism.
Contribution
It automates the subtraction method for photon radiation in MadGraph, including implementations for different regularization schemes and non-collinear-safe observables, enhancing simulation accuracy.
Findings
Successful implementation of the subtraction method in MadGraph
Validation for both massless and massive cases
Effective handling of non-collinear-safe observables
Abstract
We present the automation of a subtraction method for photon radiation using the dipole formalism within the MadGraph framework. The subtraction terms are implemented both in dimensional regularization and mass regularization for massless and massive cases and non-collinear-safe observables are accounted for.
