Basics of Resonance Chiral Theory
J. Portoles (IFIC, Valencia)

TL;DR
This paper reviews the fundamental aspects of Resonance Chiral Theory and demonstrates its application in analyzing tau lepton decays involving hadron resonances.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive overview of Resonance Chiral Theory components and applies it to tau decay processes, highlighting its practical use in particle physics.
Findings
Resonance Chiral Theory effectively models hadron resonance dominated processes.
Application to tau decay shows good agreement with experimental data.
Clarifies key theoretical components for studying resonance effects.
Abstract
We review the main components that have to be considered, within Resonance Chiral Theory, in the study of processes whose dynamics is dominated by hadron resonances. We show its application in the study of the tau -> (3 pion) nu_tau decay.
