Generalized Parton Distributions of Pions. Spin Structure of Hadrons
A. Courtoy

TL;DR
This paper explores the generalized parton distributions of pions and the spin structure of hadrons, providing theoretical models, phenomenological insights, and estimates for experimental observables.
Contribution
It offers new calculations of pion-photon transition distributions using the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model and analyzes the spin structure of protons through T-odd transverse momentum distributions.
Findings
Explicit estimates for cross sections of pion-photon transitions
Results on T-odd transverse momentum distributions in quark models
Theoretical insights into the spin structure of hadrons
Abstract
We present an extensive study on generalized parton distributions of pions. In particular, we present the results for the pion-photon transition distribution amplitudes in the Nambu - Jona-Lasinio model. We discuss the phenomenology of such objects and give explicit estimates for cross sections. The spin structure of the proton is also studied: we discuss the results for the T-odd transverse momentum distributions in quark models.
