G. Brodin, M. Marklund, J. Zamanian, M. Stefan

TL;DR
This paper reviews various models for magnetization effects in plasmas, discussing the transition from kinetic to fluid models, with applications and future perspectives.
Contribution
It provides a comparative overview of models for plasma magnetization effects and discusses their applications and future directions.
Findings
Different models for plasma magnetization are summarized.
The transition between kinetic and fluid models is analyzed.
Applications of these models are illustrated.
Abstract
We give a short review of a number of different models for treating magnetization effects in plasmas. In particular, the transition between kinetic models and fluid models is discussed. We also give examples of applications of such theories. Some future aspects are discussed.
