Exact constraints on D$\leq 10$ Myers Perry black holes and the Wald Problem
Jason Doukas

TL;DR
This paper derives precise conditions for the existence of event horizons in Myers Perry black holes in dimensions up to 10 and demonstrates that these black holes cannot be turned into naked singularities by particle infall.
Contribution
It provides exact horizon existence relations for Myers Perry black holes in dimensions up to 10 and addresses the Wald problem regarding the formation of naked singularities.
Findings
Exact horizon conditions for D ≤ 10 Myers Perry black holes.
Naked singularities cannot be formed by spinning-up these black holes.
Black holes remain stable against particle-induced horizon destruction.
Abstract
Exact relations on the existence of event horizons of Myers Perry black holes are obtained in dimensions. It is further shown that naked singularities can not be produced by "spinning-up" these black holes by shooting particles into their equatorial planes.
