TL;DR
This paper explores the phenomenon of self-stimulated undulator radiation in accelerators and discusses potential applications in beam physics, highlighting a novel aspect of radiation emission.
Contribution
It introduces the concept of self-stimulation of incoherent emission in undulators within accelerators, a new phenomenon with potential practical applications.
Findings
Identification of self-stimulated undulator radiation phenomena
Potential applications in beam physics discussed
Foundation for further experimental studies
Abstract
We investigated the phenomena of self-stimulation of incoherent emission from an undulator installed in the linear accelerator or quasi-isochronous storage ring. We discuss possible applications of these phenomena for the beam physics also.
