TL;DR
This paper discusses a method for constructing meson fields with specific quantum numbers using minimally-doubled chiral fermions and point splitting techniques, enabling the isolation of particular fermionic modes.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to create meson fields with desired quantum numbers by spreading fields over hypercubes and combining them into bilinears.
Findings
Allows isolation of specific fermionic modes
Enables construction of meson fields with targeted quantum numbers
Provides a new technique for studying minimally-doubled fermions
Abstract
Minimally-doubled chiral fermions have the unusual property of a single local field creating two fermionic species. Spreading the field over hypercubes allows construction of combinations that isolate specific modes. Combining these fields into bilinears produces meson fields of specific quantum numbers.
