Recent Results in Charmonium Spectroscopy at B-factories
Pietro Biassoni (from the BaBar Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent experimental findings in charmonium spectroscopy from B-factories, highlighting new states like X(3872) that challenge traditional charmonium models.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive overview of recent experimental results on charmonium-like states above the D D̄ threshold from BaBar and Belle collaborations.
Findings
Discovery of X(3872) above D D̄ threshold
Multiple new charmonium-like states reported
Some states do not fit conventional models
Abstract
Charmonium spectroscopy gained renewed interest after the discovery in 2003 of the unpredicted X(3872) charmonium-like state, above the threshold. To date many charmonium-like states above the threshold have been claimed. Some of these states do not easily fit the conventional charmonium picture. In this article we review recent experimental results in this field, reported by the BaBar and Belle Collaborations.
