Preprojective algebras and MV polytopes
Pierre Baumann, Joel Kamnitzer

TL;DR
This paper explores the application of MV polytopes to Lusztig's nilpotent varieties and introduces reflection functors for modules over non-deformed preprojective algebras, advancing understanding in representation theory.
Contribution
It introduces reflection functors for modules over non-deformed preprojective algebras and connects MV polytopes with Lusztig's nilpotent varieties.
Findings
Established a link between MV polytopes and nilpotent varieties
Developed reflection functors for non-deformed preprojective algebras
Enhanced tools for studying quiver representations
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to apply the theory of MV polytopes to the study of components of Lusztig's nilpotent varieties. Along the way, we introduce reflection functors for modules over the non-deformed preprojective algebra of a quiver.
