TL;DR
This paper analyzes semileptonic decays of excited $B_s$ mesons into $D_s$ mesons using QCD sum rules within heavy quark effective theory, predicting decay widths and branching ratios.
Contribution
It provides the first QCD sum rule estimates of form factors for semileptonic $B_s^{**}$ decays into $D_s$ mesons within HQET.
Findings
Predicted decay widths for $B_s^{**}$ semileptonic decays.
Estimated branching ratios for these decay channels.
Identified the role of universal form factors in decay processes.
Abstract
We present an analysis of semileptonic decays of orbitally, -wave excited meson states , including the newly found narrow and states, into low lying mesons (, , , ) within the framework of heavy quark effective theory. The relevant universal form factors are estimated using QCD sum rules at the leading-order of the heavy quark expansion. The decay widths are predicted and the branching ratios are estimated.
