Rational points on diagonal quartic surfaces
Elsenhans, Andreas-Stephan

TL;DR
This paper reports extensive computational searches for rational points on diagonal quartic surfaces up to height 10^7, filling gaps in previous datasets and enhancing understanding of rational solutions on these surfaces.
Contribution
It provides new computational data on rational points on diagonal quartic surfaces, extending previous results and filling gaps in existing lists.
Findings
Discovered new rational points on several diagonal quartic surfaces.
Extended the known range of rational points up to height 10^7.
Filled gaps in earlier computational datasets.
Abstract
We searched up to height for rational points on diagonal quartic surfaces. The computations fill several gaps in earlier lists computed by Pinch, Swinnerton-Dyer, and Bright.
