Shao-Feng Wu, Xian-Hui Ge, Peng-Ming Zhang, Guo-Hong Yang

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that the field equations of certain modified gravity theories can be reformulated as thermodynamic laws on dynamical holographic screens, linking gravity and thermodynamics.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to express modified gravity equations as thermodynamic laws on dynamical holographic screens.
Findings
Field equations recast as thermodynamic first law
Thermodynamic second law established for these theories
Links gravity dynamics with thermodynamic principles
Abstract
We show that field equations of some typical modified gravity theories can be recast as thermodynamic first law on dynamical holographic screens. The thermodynamic second law are also presented.
