Aristomenis Donos, Jerome P. Gauntlett

TL;DR
This paper constructs infinite families of Lifshitz solutions in D=10 and D=11 supergravity with dynamical exponent z=2, based on Einstein manifolds, some of which are supersymmetric, providing new dual descriptions of lower-dimensional theories.
Contribution
It introduces new Lifshitz solutions in supergravity theories using Einstein manifolds, including supersymmetric cases, expanding the landscape of holographic duals.
Findings
Solutions are dual to 1+2 and 1+1 dimensional theories.
Solutions include supersymmetric cases with Sasaki-Einstein manifolds.
Infinite families of solutions are constructed.
Abstract
We construct infinite families of Lifshitz solutions of D=10 and D=11 supergravity with dynamical exponent z=2. The new solutions are based on five- and seven-dimensional Einstein manifolds and are dual to theories in 1+2 and 1+1 spacetime dimensions, respectively. When the Einstein spaces are Sasaki-Einstein, the solutions are supersymmetric.
