TL;DR
This paper derives exact formulas for hyperbolic orbits in Schwarzschild spacetime and provides a simple approximation for near-Newtonian hyperbolic trajectories.
Contribution
It presents new exact analytic expressions for hyperbolic orbits in Schwarzschild geometry and introduces a simple approximation for small deviations from Newtonian paths.

Abstract
Exact analytic expressions for various characteristics of the hyperbolic-type orbits of a particle in the Schwarzschild geometry are presented. A useful simple approximation formula is given for the case when the deviation from the Newtonian hyperbolic path is very small.
