spinney: A Form Library for Helicity Spinors
Gavin Cullen, Maciej Koch-Janusz, Thomas Reiter

TL;DR
Spinney is a software library that facilitates symbolic calculations of helicity spinors and related algorithms, supporting both Feynman diagram and unitarity-based amplitude computations in particle physics.
Contribution
The paper introduces spinney, a new library integrated with Form, enabling efficient symbolic manipulation of helicity spinors for various amplitude calculation methods.
Findings
Supports symbolic amplitude calculations in particle physics
Compatible with Feynman diagram and unitarity techniques
Enhances computational efficiency in helicity spinor manipulations
Abstract
In this work, the library spinney is presented, which provides an implementation of helicity spinors and related algorithms for the symbolical manipulation program Form. The package is well suited for symbolic amplitude calculations both in traditional, Feynman diagram based approaches and unitarity-based techniques.
