Agil Kh. Khanmamedov

TL;DR
This paper develops an inverse scattering transform method to solve the Toda lattice Cauchy problem with steplike initial data, where the data tend to zero at infinity, providing explicit formulas for solutions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel inverse scattering transform approach tailored for the Toda lattice with steplike initial conditions, expanding analytical tools for such problems.
Findings
Derived explicit solution formulas for the Toda lattice with steplike initial data.
Extended inverse scattering techniques to handle non-uniform asymptotic conditions.
Provided a framework for analyzing Toda lattice dynamics with zero asymptotics at infinity.
Abstract
We study the solution of the Toda lattice Cauchy problem with steplike initial data. The initial data are supposed to tend to zero as . By the inverse scattering transform method formulas allowing us to find solution of the Toda lattice are obtained.
