New method for the quantum ground states in one dimension
S.G. Chung

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new, practical method for accurately calculating the ground states of one-dimensional quantum systems with translational symmetry, demonstrated on the Hubbard model.
Contribution
It presents a simple, general, and practically exact approach for 1D quantum ground state calculations, extending beyond traditional methods.
Findings
Reproduces Bethe Ansatz results for the Hubbard model
Provides a practical tool for 1D quantum systems
Demonstrates accuracy and simplicity of the method
Abstract
A simple, general and practically exact method is developed to calculate the ground states of 1D macroscopic quantum systems with translational symmetry. Applied to the Hubbard model, a modest calculation reproduces the Bethe Ansatz results.
