On Maximal Massive 3D Supergravity
Eric A. Bergshoeff, Olaf Hohm, Jan Rosseel, Paul K. Townsend

TL;DR
This paper constructs various linearized three-dimensional supergravity models with different amounts of supersymmetry, including N=4, N=8, and N=7, expanding the understanding of massive supergravity theories in 3D.
Contribution
It introduces new linearized models of 3D supergravity with maximal supersymmetry, including N=8 and N=7 cases, at the linearized level.
Findings
Constructed linearized N=4 supergravity model.
Developed maximally supersymmetric N=8 supergravity.
Built N=7 topologically massive supergravity at the linearized level.
Abstract
We construct, at the linearized level, the three-dimensional (3D) N = 4 supersymmetric "general massive supergravity" and the maximally supersymmetric N = 8 "new massive supergravity". We also construct the maximally supersymmetric linearized N = 7 topologically massive supergravity, although we expect N = 6 to be maximal at the non-linear level.
