Scalar tilt from broken conformal invariance
V. Rubakov, M. Osipov (Moscow, INR)

TL;DR
This paper investigates how weak breaking of conformal invariance affects the scalar power spectrum in cosmology, revealing a small tilt influenced by symmetry breaking and the universe's expansion law.
Contribution
It introduces an analysis of the impact of weak conformal symmetry breaking on the scalar spectrum within a symmetry-based cosmological scenario.
Findings
Scalar power spectrum acquires a small tilt due to symmetry breaking
Tilt depends on the strength of conformal invariance breaking
The tilt also depends on the evolution law of the scale factor
Abstract
Within recently proposed scenario which explains flatness of the spectrum of scalar cosmological perturbations by a combination of conformal and global symmetries, we discuss the effect of weak breaking of conformal invariance. We find that the scalar power spectrum obtains a small tilt which depends on both the strength of conformal symmetry breaking and the law of evolution of the scale factor.
