T. Demma, R. Cimino, A. Drago, S. Petracca, A. Stabile

TL;DR
This paper extends the map formalism to analyze electron flux at the LHC chamber wall, aiding in understanding electron cloud effects and conditioning scenarios in particle accelerators.
Contribution
It introduces a generalized map formalism specifically adapted for studying electron flux and conditioning in the LHC environment.
Findings
Generalized map formalism effectively models electron flux.
Application to LHC scenarios improves understanding of conditioning.
Provides a new tool for accelerator physics analysis.
Abstract
In this communication we present a generalization of the map formalism, introduced in [1] and [2], to the analysis of electron flux at the chamber wall with particular reference to the exploration of LHC conditioning scenarios.
