Shin'ichi Nojiri

TL;DR
This paper constructs a cosmological model using k-essence to unify early universe inflation and late-time acceleration, based on a recent reconstruction formulation.
Contribution
It explicitly develops a unified cosmological model combining inflation and late-time acceleration using the k-essence framework.
Findings
Successful unification of inflation and late-time acceleration
Application of reconstruction method to k-essence
New insights into cosmological evolution
Abstract
Based on the formulation of the reconstruction for the k-essence model, which was recently proposed in arXiv:1001.0220 [hep-th], we explicitly construct cosmological model to unifying the late-time acceleration and the inflation in the early universe.
