D3-branes at angle in a linear dilaton pp-wave background
Pratap K. Swain

TL;DR
This paper constructs specific supergravity solutions describing rotated D3-branes and D1-D5 bound states in a linear dilaton pp-wave background, revealing their supersymmetry properties and dual configurations.
Contribution
It introduces new supergravity solutions for rotated D3-branes and D1-D5 systems in a linear dilaton pp-wave background, analyzing their supersymmetry preservation.
Findings
D3-branes at an angle preserve 1/16 of supersymmetry.
D1-D5 solutions are obtained via T-duality from D3 configurations.
The solutions expand understanding of branes in non-trivial backgrounds.
Abstract
We present a class of low energy type IIB supergravity solutions of two D3-branes rotated by an angle in a linear dilaton pp-wave background. The D-branes bound state configurations is found to preserve 1/16 of the total type IIB supersymmetries. We also present a class of D1-D5 solution by applying T-duality on configuration.
