Manon Defosseux (MAP5)

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new interacting particles model with a wall, involving blocking and pushing interactions, and demonstrates its connection to a random matrix model, expanding understanding of particle systems and their mathematical representations.
Contribution
It presents a novel interacting particles model with specific interactions and establishes its relation to a generalized Laguerre Unitary Ensemble in random matrix theory.
Findings
Model incorporates blocking and pushing interactions.
Establishes connection to Laguerre Unitary Ensemble.
Provides new insights into particle systems with boundaries.
Abstract
We introduce and study a new interacting particles model with a wall and two kinds of interactions - blocking and pushing - which maintain particles in a certain order. We show that it involves a random matrix model.
